Under GDPR Article 28, we are required to publish the sub-processors that assist us in running EquiSketch. Each provider has been vetted for security and privacy posture and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement. We will update this page and notify registered vets at least 14 days before any addition.

Anthropic PBC

AI vision & language model provider

Data processed

Chart images and text descriptions sent for interpretation. Microchip numbers are excluded from prompts.

User accounts, vet profiles, encrypted microchip numbers, chart records, audit logs.

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

Subscription billing & invoicing

Data processed

Practice name, billing email, payment metadata. Card numbers are handled by Stripe directly and never touch EquiSketch servers.

Error monitoring & performance telemetry

Data processed

Stack traces, error metadata, redacted request context. Microchip numbers and owner PII are scrubbed by our SDK before events leave EquiSketch.

AI request routing metadata. No chart images or descriptions are stored by Emergent.
